Artist’s statement :
My work explores memory and lost images in the head. How we remember images and what is the mechanism we use to reproduce them, those that are sometimes products of the imagination or those that are traces of a past reality. My work explores the memory of images, ideas and meaning. I experiment with photography, screen printing, industrial materials to create poetic images.
The use of photographs and the repetition of images with symbolic and emotional value and finally their movement and transformation are crucial for the project. They emphasize their characteristics and their structure and allow permanent recombination, reinterpretation and the transition from movement to stillness.
