– 1930 Born in the south of Peloponesia at Filiatra in Greece
– 1949–1953 Attended the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Athens
– 1954 Having been awared a scholarship from France, he leaves for Paris and
attends the Académie de la Grande Chaumière
– 1955 Returns to Athens where he works in theater and advertising
– 1958 Receives an award from Greece for a three year séjour in Paris
– 1960 Starts his first studio on rue de Vaugirard
